Warmth Task Response
Warmth conjures up positive feelings: images of sunshine, smiling faces, physical well being, caring embraces, the glow of a fire, encouraging words of support, the caring nature of family and friends.
Being in the company of friends and loved ones makes me warm inside. Seeing people enjoy themselves.
The warmth of a smile, the sound of laughter,
People talking, communicating and listening to one another. Hearing stories. The satisfaction of helping others.
Dancing and moving in a group to live music and voices,
Meeting new people and music.
The warmth of collaborating and creating with others whether written word or performing or watching.

Fantastic, I could feel the group around me, and that special feeling of being held securely, protected against all the cold things trying to knock me down at the moment. During class I feel liberated from them by dancing!
There are no words to describe what goes on in me at this level, below that of speech/words. I’m very pleased to have met you as part of it. I’ve learned such a lot from you.
Kind words that made me warm. I look forward to meeting you again in person soon.
