Poem Task Response
We work alongside each other, searching for the thing that will make us whole.
Working always with detail, we strive for perfect conjunction.
‘Beautifully’ detailed? Perhaps. Imperfections, though – this we know about! They are our stock-in-trade, our identifier – you could say they have become our raison d’être…
A knot in wood is a flaw. But with careful treatment, a little sanding, maybe a polish, it can not only become beautiful in itself, but can add something positive, enriching and enhancing the wood around it. When we dance together, it’s as if we are somehow polished, and the effect is felt and seen beyond ourselves.
