dancing with parkinson’s returns with online creative dance workshops to build connection and a supportive community as we head into the winter months
Danielle Teale and Jaka Skapin will collaborate once again with a short series of winter workshops online via Zoom. Starting Monday 16th November July we will be offering weekly workshops:
Dancing with Parkinson’s Monday Workshops, 1.45pm-3.15pm
This workshop will combine gentle and mindful movement, to stretch and mobilise the body, with energy and fun, increasing endorphins and shifting your mindset to a positive outlook for the rest of the week ahead. The classes are based around live music, creativity and connecting with each other. All dancers will be encouraged to take part at their own pace.
